Design a catalog that does not exist yet

Combine official TMDB filters, moving date windows, providers, quality, countries, languages, genres, keywords, companies, cast and crew. Proposals enter monthly voting and the three best can become official catalogs.

Exact duplicate combinations are blocked. Incompatible filters are separated for movies and series. Imported catalogs keep their filters, cache, rotation and parent section.
